Hello, my name is Dr. Colin Henderson

As a child I saw my father struggle with his weight and with diet for years.  And as a health care provider, I’m always inspired by those who finally get all the pieces of the puzzle together and reach that goal that has eluded them and kept them from living life well for so many years.  In January of 2019, I decided to partner with Ideal Protein because it made so much sense scientifically, it doesn’t depend on your will power or calorie counting, and I have seen personally how it gets amazing results.  I’m proud to be able to offer hope, coaching, and RESULTS to my community. How it works.

The Ideal Protein Protocol has 4 Phases. During the weight loss phases (1-3), it limits carbohydrate intake so that the body turns to burning fat as an energy source, while maintaining muscle mass.
