When you have reached your Ideal Weight you can transition to Phase 4 of the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Protocol – Stabilization.  Weekly one-on-one coaching visits with Coach Stacey (who has been through the protocol herself) will ensure your weight loss is steady and doesn’t get stalled.  They will also ensure that when you graduate to Stabilization you’ll be fully informed and fully supported to make better food choices and really start to Live Life Well by getting back to the activities you love with the people you love.
