The Ideal Protein Weight Loss Protocol starts with qualifying.  Most people immediately qualify for the standard Ideal Protein Weight Loss Protocol and can begin seeing results the first week.  Certain metabolic conditions, however, may require a modified version of the Ideal Protein Protocol and in some cases, can only be approved under doctor supervision.  You can contact our office with concerns and/or information about your health status to determine if you qualify for Ideal Protein with Supervision or whether the standard Protocol would be right for you.

After qualifying, Stacey, your Life Enhancement Coach, will take baseline measurements and weight, explain your responsibilities under the Protocol and all the do’s and do not’s.  Stacey will then help you set an informed and sensible goal. For many of our clients the goal is simply to reach their Ideal Weight with steady progress. For others, the goal may be to steadily lose weight during a finite time period before a big event or a life change.
